committed to your satisfaction and offers a 100% refund of purchase for 30 days
past the date of purchase from us, under the following guidelines.
If you find there is a problem with
an item you bought from us, within 30 days of the purchase, and you need to
return it for a replacement or a refund, just contact us via any of the methods
presented on the Contact Us tab on TheMarineElectronicsStore.com website and we
will guide you thru the process
After 30 days, the manufacturer
warranty will apply and you should follow the guidelines detailed in your
warranty documentation.
If you decide to return your item
purchased within the 30 day return/refund period. Please feel free to contact a

How the process works:
1. During your call or in response to
your eMail communication we supply you with an RMA number to reference your
return
2. Re-package the item in the original
packaging/boxes it came in.
3. Write the RMA number on the top and
sides of the box you are shipping in
4. Ship item(s) back to the warehouse
(we will supply the warehouse address when you contact us)
5. Replacement - When the item(s) is
received at the warehouse, your replacement will be shipped
6. Refund - Once the item(s) is
received at the warehouse, our wholesaler will refund to us. Once we have
received refund from our wholesaler we will issue a refund to you.
7. Failure to return the purchased
item(s) in as received condition will result in forfeit of any refund.
8. A 15% restocking fee will be charged
for any item(s) not returned with packaging intact.
9. We will not refund shipping charges,
and charges for return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer
